Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C), line a baking sheet with parchment. Set aside.
Spread cubed bread evenly on prepared pan.
Bake at 350°F (176°C) for 10 minutes, turning bread cubes once in oven. Turn oven off, leave pan in oven for 10 minutes turning once. Remove from oven and let cool and dry out for 4 hours. Store bread cubes in an air tight container for up to 1 week.
Tips & Variations
- For croutons- Toss cubed bread in your favourite dry spices and herbs. Bake as per directions above. Dry cubes out over night before storing in an air tight container. Croutons can be stored for up to 2 weeks.
