Directions (Chicken Balls)Combine shredded chicken, hot sauce, cheese, black pepper, garlic, and chives. Mix until combined. Form into 1inch balls. Let set in refrigerator for 1 hour. Preheat oil to 375°F (190°C). Place the Kinnikinnick All Purpose Flour Blend, Panko Crumbs and eggs in three separate bowls. Roll each ball in the flour, then the egg, and then the panko crumbs. Set aside. When the oil has reached temperature, fry the prepared chicken balls for 5-7 minutes in small batches. Serve warm with ranch dip. Yields 30 Buffalo Chicken Balls. Directions (Ranch Dip)In a small bowl mix all ingredients until combined. Chill for 1 hour prior to serving. Serve with Buffalo Chicken Balls.
