DirectionsPreheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Butter a 9X13 inch baking dish. Place prepared bread cubes in buttered baking dish and set aside. Whisk together eggs, cream, milk, vanilla, sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Pour over prepared bread, press slightly. Let bread soak for 30 minutes or overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top. Dust with icing sugar and serve with your favourite topping. Serves 10
