Gluten-Free S'moreables® Donuts 

Directions

Chocolate Ganache 

1. Heat cream over medium-low heat until it just comes to boil.
2. Remove from heat and pour hot cream over chopped chocolate.
   
3. Mix until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
4. Cool slightly and place mixture in a medium bowl for dipping donuts.

Assembly 

1. Coat tops of Kinnikinnick Chocolate Dipped Donuts into Chocolate Ganache. 
2. Nestle 1 large marshmallow in the centre of each donut. Sprinkle with miniature marshmallows around top of donut. 
3. Using a kitchen torch, scorched marshmallows until golden brown. 
4. Decorate with ½ a Kinnikinnick S'moreables® in centre of donut (push slightly into scorched large marshmallow).
5. Crumb remaining Kinnikinnick S'moreables® on top of scorched miniature marshmallows. 
6. Drizzle with optional Chocolate Ganache using a piping bag or the prongs of a fork. 
7.   Place on serving tray. Let S'moreables® Donuts set for 15 minutes before serving.
