Ingredients  

Dip

1 cup sour cream 14% (220 g)
½ cup mayonnaise (125 g)
1 package cream cheese (250 g)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese - reserve ¼ cup (240 g)
¼ cup fresh chives - chopped (14 g)
⅓ cup pickled peppers - diced (gluten-free) (50 g)


Focaccia


1 package Kinnikinnick Flatbread Crusts - 2 crusts (288 g)
1 tsp dried thyme (2 g)
1 tbsp dried parsley flakes (2 g)
1 tsp garlic salt (5 g)
2 tbsp olive oil (30 g)


Directions

Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth (5 - 7 minutes).
  3. Add sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add ¾ cup cheese, chives and peppers. Mix until combined.
  5. Pour mixture into a heat proof baking dish. Top with reserved cheese.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and begins to bubble.
  7. Serve with focaccia.

Focaccia

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Place thawed Kinnikinnick Flatbread Crusts directly on baking tray.
  3. Brush each flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 7 - 10 minutes (until desired crispness). Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Cut focaccia into desired shape and size.
