Preheat oven to 350° F (176°C). Line a 9x13 pan with tin foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a medium bowl; combine Kinnikinnick All Purpose Flour Blend, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Mix dry ingredients until combined and set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine sugars and melted butter, mix until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each one. Add vanilla extract and mix until combined. Slowly add dry ingredients mixing after each addition. Fold in chopped chocolate and KinniTOOS®. Mix just until combined.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake at 350°F for 28 minutes. Remove from oven and cool slightly before removing from pan. Cut into desired size.
