Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). In a small bowl, whisk together egg and water to make egg wash. Set aside.
Pin Kinnikinnick flakey pie dough into a circle. Transfer to a parchment lined cookie sheet. Place brie in centre of pastry and wet brie and pastry edge with egg wash. In a circular motion fold edges towards middle of brie keeping the edges tight against brie and overlapping slightly with each fold (Creating a fan like design on side and top of pastry). Make sure there is no brie exposed.
Rework remaining pie dough to make a design on top if desired (leaves, berries, cut outs ext.).Brush top of filled pastry with egg wash.
Bake at 400° F for 40 minutes until pastry is golden brown. Serve warm with prepared cranberry sauce.
